5 kg total limit & fair-use policy

The Sample Box is an evaluation service, not a discounted sales channel. The total net weight of one box is capped at 5 kg across all selected items, and the exact quantity per product is set by Royal Spices under the fair-use rules below.

1. 01Total net content per Sample Box is limited to a maximum of 5 kg, combining every selected product.
2. 02Each selected item ships in an evaluation quantity of up to 1 kg. Royal Spices sets the final quantity per item based on product value, availability, grade and destination rules.
3. 03Quantities are value-adjusted. Higher-value products (for example goods above USD 30 per kg) are supplied in reduced evaluation weights — typically 100 g to 500 g — because the USD 150 fee must also absorb worldwide express freight of approximately USD 80 plus preparation, documentation and packaging.
4. 04The USD 150 fee is fixed worldwide and is not a per-kilogram price. Requests for the full 5 kg of a single high-value product cannot be accepted at the Sample Box fee and will be converted into a commercial quotation.
5. 05Royal Spices may gift additional goodwill quantities at its sole discretion. Such goodwill is always partial (grams, not full kilograms), non-contractual, non-recurring and never creates an entitlement for future orders.
6. 06Lower-value bulk products may be supplied in larger evaluation weights, always within the 5 kg total cap and within courier and import limits for the destination.
7. 07Repeated or duplicated Sample Box orders intended to accumulate commercial volume are a breach of this fair-use policy. Royal Spices may decline, adjust or refund such orders and offer a formal FOB/CFR/CIF quotation instead.
8. 08Where a destination imposes stricter import, phytosanitary or courier weight limits, those limits prevail over this policy and the box is adjusted accordingly.

By placing a Sample Box order you accept this fair-use compliance rule. Final contents, weights per item and any goodwill additions are confirmed by Royal Spices Guatemala S.A. before dispatch, and remain subject to our Terms, Special Terms and Compliance Policy.
