About our exports
From the highlands of Guatemala to your warehouse
Royal Spices exports green coffee, cardamom, black pepper and allspice directly from our own farms and partner cooperatives in Guatemala. Every lot is selected, cleaned, graded and packed under our supervision before leaving origin.
We ship FCL and LCL out of Puerto Quetzal and Santo Tomás de Castilla, and air freight from La Aurora International (GUA). Standard Incoterms supported: FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP. Each shipment ships with full export documentation.
Approved buyers manage their orders, documents and payments through the Export Portal — a secure workspace where every shipment is tracked from booking to delivery.

Sample
We ship a 250–500 g sample by courier within 48 h for cupping or lab evaluation.

Contract
We issue a Proforma + Sales Contract specifying quality, packaging, payment and shipment window.

Production
Lot is selected, cleaned, graded and packed under our QA supervision at origin.

Quality Control
Pre-shipment analysis: moisture, defects, foreign matter, cupping. Lab report attached.

Shipping
Container is stuffed, sealed and booked. Full doc pack: invoice, packing list, COO, phyto, BL.
07
Delivery
Live tracking via the Export Portal until arrival at destination port and customs clearance.

Quality control
Lab-tested before every shipment
Every lot is analysed at our QA bench before stuffing. Moisture, defects, foreign matter, screen size and (for coffee) cupping score are recorded and the report travels with the container. Independent SGS inspection is available on request.

Up to 500 g free of charge. Buyer covers courier (DHL/FedEx) — typically USD 60–120 depending on destination. Dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.
Payment terms
Standard: 30% T/T advance, 70% against scanned BL. L/C at sight accepted. Wires routed via Banco de América Central — SWIFT AMCNGTGT, correspondent CITI NY CITIUS33.

What documents do I receive with each shipment?+
Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO/AGEXPORT), Phytosanitary Certificate (MAGA), Bill of Lading or AWB, and any certification annex (Organic, Fair Trade, etc.) as required.
What are the payment terms?+
Standard: 30% T/T advance, 70% against scan of BL. Alternatively Irrevocable L/C at sight via Banco de América Central (BAC), SWIFT AMCNGTGT, correspondent CITIUS33.
Do you ship free samples?+
Yes. Samples up to 500 g are free of charge; buyer covers courier (DHL/FedEx) — typically USD 60–120 depending on destination.
Can you ship to a country not listed?+
Yes. We export wherever Guatemalan phytosanitary protocols are accepted. Send your destination and we confirm within one business day.
Which Incoterms do you support?+
FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP under Incoterms® 2020. EXW and FCA on request.
How do I track my shipment?+
Approved buyers receive Export Portal credentials. Every shipment shows carrier, vessel, BL, ETD/ETA and document downloads.

Fee is added as a separate line on the commercial invoice. Quoted in the contract currency at the spot FX rate on issuance date. Reissue of a lost or revoked certificate: flat USD 75. No annual or renewal fees — certificates do not expire.
