Every step is documented, every milestone is risk-controlled, and every shipment can be verified against our public export ledger. If we fail to ship by the contractual deadline or the goods fail your pre-shipment inspection, the affected milestone is refunded.

Sealed, lot-coded and traceable to the harvest batch. Product is free; DHL / FedEx charges to your door are billed at cost.

Signed Proforma Invoice

Retained sample cross-check
We keep a sealed lot sample for 12 months. If your lab result disputes the signed PI, we cross-test against the retained sample and resolve per the QC clause in the contract.

Your appointed surveyor (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own) signs off before the container is sealed. You pay 70% only after B/L — nothing ships blind.

Banking details cross-signed by our compliance officer and issued only through the /how-to-pay portal — no WhatsApp bank changes, ever.

Public export ledger
Every shipment is entered in our Verified Exporter page. Buyer references and BL copies available to qualified buyers on request.
Refund clause
If we fail to ship by the contractual deadline in your signed proforma, or if the lot fails your appointed pre-shipment inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own surveyor), the affected milestone is refunded within 14 days of written notice.

We load the container only after QC passes. You release the 70% only after the B/L is in your hand.
Nothing about your first order is left to trust. An independent surveyor of your choice inspects the lot before the container is sealed, and payment is structured so your money moves only when documents move.

You appoint the surveyor
SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, Cotecna — or your own inspector in Guatemala. Their cost, their report, their sign-off.
- 03Step 3
Pre-shipment inspection at our plant
Moisture, purity, oil content, foreign matter, sieve size, ash, ASTA — matched line-by-line to your signed PI.
- 04Step 4
Surveyor sign-off (Certificate of Conformity)
No signed CoC = no loading. We do not seal a container that has not passed independent QC.
- 05Step 5
Loading under supervision + sealed
Container loaded with surveyor present. Photo & video pack, seal number and stuffing report sent to you the same day.
- 06Step 6
B/L copy → you release 70%
Only once the vessel has sailed and the B/L copy is emailed to you does the remaining 70% become due. Originals released per your instruction.

Founded in Guatemala, Royal Spices is a dedicated exporter of cardamom, coffee and heritage spices grown on the country's volcanic highlands.
We work directly with farmers in Alta Verapaz and Petén — hand-sorting, grading and packing for export under one uncompromising standard.
