- · 水分条款 — 注明最高限值（通常为 12%）及检测方法（ISO 939）。明确运输途中水分增加由买方还是卖方承担责任。
- · 挥发油最低限值 — 注明最低限值（≥ 5% v/w），并引用 ISO 6571。若含油量介于 4–5%，应附上价格调整公式。
- · 粒径容差 — 对于 Jumbo 9 mm+，允许最多 10% 的荚果低一个筛分等级；这符合实际加工产出情况。
- · 缺陷上限 — 裂荚、空荚、异物及变色荚果——各项均须单独规定最高百分比。
- · 食品安全附件 — 黄曲霉毒素（EU 5/10 µg/kg）、农药最大残留限量清单，以及不得检出病原体。注明实验室及取样方案（ISO 948）。
- · Incoterms — 危地马拉出口通常采用 FOB Puerto Quetzal；可应要求提供 CIF 和 DDP。务必注明 Incoterms 2020。
