1. Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. The Website is built with semantic HTML, descriptive image alternatives, sufficient colour contrast and keyboard-navigable interactive elements.
2. Compatibility
The Website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox) and is responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile screens. Screen-reader compatibility is tested with VoiceOver and NVDA.
3. Known Limitations
Some legacy product photography may lack extended descriptions, and certain PDF documents (certificates of analysis, customs forms) are issued by third parties and may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We are progressively remediating these documents.
